  Muy buen servicio y los coches en muy buenas condiciones!!! 5 veces alquile y me tocaron autos con 20000 km o 30000 km!!!

  Carros velhos batidos,atendente extremamente grosseiro(um deles) disse que me "daria o troco" por reclamar das condiçoes do carro) Pedi o desconto do tax free e me foi dito que só se tivesse pago no Uruguai,como,se o cartão é internacional e a reserva e o pagamento foram para o Uruguai pago (caríssimo)com antecedencia!

  I rent a small car (Fiat uno) for 3 days in Avis. Car was clean, and new (only +/- 6000 km). Very good price on international website without any credit card number for réservation and availability of cancellation. When I arrived in the office they already had everythings prepared, explained me the insurrance rules and gave me the key. I gave back the car on a sunday, office is supposed to be closed but a guy came just for me to open the garage, very nice !

  An important thing to note is despite what the Avis website says this office does not have a key drop-off box, so if you are returning the hire car out of hours you need to call Avis and arrange to meet one of their staff outside of the building at an agreed time, which is a bit inconvenient.
