::Multimotors vs. Unprofessionalism Since end of November 2017, I was involved in a car accident. I was driving a Ford Fiesta Hatch that I recently bought from Multimotors; supposedly to be representing Ford, a famous name with a high reputation of-course. April 2018 is knocking the doors & no spare parts. Effectively, Multimotors cannot handle one airbag & few other small parts. Furthermore, you can imagine all sorts of after sales tricks knowing that this department doesn't exist. ("The parts are coming next week", we heard it over 10 times. "I will take care of this issue personally", their famous auto response) or a total disappearance & bureaucracy. It is up to you to judge when you wanna go for a new car & a new adventure. I'm sharing my experience since I'm fed up with this Unprofessionalism that is a disease itself, spreading without any limits; with the absence of professionals taking action & claiming responsibility. I will leave you the car's image as a wake up call & as a reminder for doing your job properly & correctly. Answering your phones, providing transparency & providing transparency to your clients regarding the real story behind the airbags as regarding the Ford Fiesta Hatch... to be continued I would't let one Customer down if I'm representing Ford in Uruguay, not a single one. You have totally failed in doing your job.
