  I had TWENTY FIVE nights on a superior suite in the Radisson Montevideo and honestly I would never recommend it to anyone else. It was Xmas and New Year 2018 ruined and with a great loss of money. Even if there were a few positive points, the overall impression I have is extremely negative. Some weeks ago I got an email from the general director telling me I was no longer welcome in his hotel...that’s fine! I would never be back. Anyway, when you have staff unable to realize what’s wrong in their structure, that’s very serious. I stayed in the Radisson with my mother and 25 nights and that corresponds to almost a month and that’s why I sternly believe in my opinion. The general director who is forbidding me to go back to his hotel forgot to consider that the Carlson Rezidor Group had given me a 100,000 golden point bonus for any hotel of the chain I wanted to book due to my problems in their franchise in Montevideo and I turned that offer down, which means that after my stay in the Radisson Montevideo I refuse to have anything to do with the brand at all. The general director knows I want some minutes of security images regarding a certain day and have been asking that for months now, but my request was never granted. Well, I travel all the time and having been anywhere and known all kinds of hotel and the same way my reviews can be really good, this time it was bad but I won’t be intimidated. It’s not even fair to former customers and eventual new ones. Radisson Montevideo never again and they know this whole month where I am staying and when I can receive them to discuss my issues, in case they are willing to assume their responsibility. If they apologize to me and my mother, even if not nearly enough, I will remove this review.

  Es un lugar icónico de Montevideo, solo nos hospedamos una noche, en todo momento nos hicieron sentir bienvenidos. Cada persona que nos atendió en nuestra estancia lo hizo no solo con amabilidad, educación y respeto, sino que con cordialidad y buena disposición. El desayuno es fantástico y la vista desde el salón en el piso 25 invita a la relajación y al disfrute, esperamos ansiosos el regreso

  La ubicación es excelente. La piscina es la pileta climatizada más grande que ví en mi vida. Limpia y en excelente estado. La habitación que era doble superior está muy buena, ubicada en el piso veinte. La vista era fantástica. Los elementos de higiene del baño dejan mucho que desear. Pero lo peor fue, que me mandaron a comprar al supermercado un adaptador para el enchufe del teléfono. desastre: no tienen ni siquiera en recepción, un adaptador para prestarte.

  Estuve en uno de los salones para festejo de eventos. Fui a una boda que estuvo muy bien organizada y el brindis era muy bueno. Todos los platos, tanto fríos como calientes y jugos y gaseosas, estaban muy buenos. Se podía comer adentro y afuera, en sillones y banquitos. La vista hacia la ciudad de Montevideo es muy linda.

  EXCELENTE LA ATENCIÓN DEL PERSONAL, LA CENA, EL HOTEL, CONOCIMOS EL CASINO. PASÉ UN CUMPLE MUY LINDO, LA PISCINA MUY LINDA EN UN HERMOSO LUGAR. ORGANICÉ EL CUMPLE DE MI MARIDO EN EL MISMO AÑO, EN EL RESTAURANTE ARCADIA. LA ATENCIÓN DEL PERSONAL NUEVAMENTE EXCELENTE, ESTUVIERON EN TODOS LOS DETALLES. TOTALMENTE RECOMENDABLE, AMBAS OPCIONES.
