::Yane took great care of us. The portions are large. The shrimp appetizer with potatoes was amazing. The pizza is perfect and the condiments are amazing with the fresh baked bread. We have not even had our main course and we are already in love.

::We decided to forego the parrilla menu and ordered ravioles and the cazuela de mariscos instead. Both were fairly disappointing. The ravioles came within three minutes and they were basically one indistinguishable mass of dough that had been recently warmed up on a microwave. The seafood soup promised fish but it was mainly a soup of mussles with a couple of shrimps thrown in to earn its name. No fish in sight. We left most our food on the plate and left in a hurry. I would not recommend this place unless its parrilla is fantastic, but then again there are a lot of great meat places in Montevideo. The service was super though, very attentive staff, and the atmosphere nice, but the price quality ratio not worth it.

::This is a jewel of Montevideo. An out of the way Parrilla, they got to great lengths to make locals and travellers welcome. Great pricing, English, Spanish and Portuguese spoken, Spanish and English menus. They have a Provolone and mussels appetizer that is excellent.
