  La infraestructura es linda, pero lo que muestran de las habitaciones en la página no es lo que uno se encuentra cuando llega. La explicación que se me dio fue que en la web hay fotos de un apartamento (por supuesto el más lindo y espacioso), pero cuando uno llega el mismo ni tiene los sillones hermosos que hay en las fotos, ni lo metros cuadrados que indica la descripción. Una desilusión. Además para ir a la piscina cerrada, si hay gente te anotan en lista de espera (la permanencia es por dos horas). No volveré.

  Yoo is a very luxurious and High end apart hotel. The accomodations were neat, comfortable and well decorated. Another plus is that each apartament comes with its own kitchen and full set appliances. Also, Yoo's common areas are great for relaxing, especially the spa area, which is exceptional. The pool area is also a great option, and I personally appreciated the fact that a DJ was hired play house music each afternoon during the summer. However, I do believe that Yoo could provide a better customer service to its guests. The Yoo aind to be positioned as a high end establishment, and it is imperative that it delivers excellent service at all times. Unfortunately, we did not experience this. Although employees were very helpful and kind to us, room service was very disappointing: one day we ordered a few glasses of wine to the room but they never arrived, the other day we requested a repair to be made in the bathroom, but nothing was done whatsoever. Also, the gym area had one main equipment broken, and was missing filtered water. Finally, I would rate my stay as a 7.5, as the structure and accomodations of the Yoo are great, although the poor customer service was a true setback to the entire experience.
